As an account holder at WND.LND you agree in being personally responsible for the use of your account and content provided below:

  • You must create an account before placing an order through the website
  • You declare that all information provided for your Account is accurate and up to date


We accept Paypal, Visa and Mastercard.


Orders are sent using Express Postage within Australia (Please note, no signature is required upon delivery and will be granted “authority to leave” at unattended premises if deemed safe).

  • Express Postage within Australia for items under 500grams $10
  • Express Postage within Australia for items under Over 500grams-3kg $15
  • Registered Express Postage within Australia (Signature required): $20

Orders should be received within 5-7 business days.
Lost or stolen parcels are accountable by the purchaser, WND.LND cannot be held responsible for these circumstances. Deliveries are sent out during the business hours Monday-Friday. Any purchases made on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be processed the next business day.

Will be sent using Australia Post or DHL, delivery time may vary due to Country customs clearance procedures.
We offer a flat shipping fee of $50 AUD via Australia Post. DHL is express and will be calculated shipping where the price varies.
Please note duty and tax charges applied by customs will be payable by the receiver and not the responsibility of WND.LND.
We do not charge Goods & Services Tax on international orders.

Most orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. We will contact you if there is a problem with your order or if the items are out of stock. 

We will happily accept returns and exchanges that are made within the 14 days of receipt. All garments must be in the original condition, which should include tags and packaging and must not be worn, altered or washed. All goods will be inspected once returned along with proof of purchase.

Please note that in the interest of hygiene, swimwear, underwear and accessories (including eyewear) are non refundable in any circumstance.
Goods are your responsibility until they reach WND.LND. Please ensure items are packaged correctly, to prevent any damage in transit. We are not responsible for any items that are damaged once returned. 
Once items are received by WND.LND you will be able to exchange or accept refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) through your original payment method. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process.

 If in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is deemed faulty or damaged please contact us. We will organise a replacement for you or provide an exchange for another item. If there is no suitable replacement we can provide a full refund.
